Fees and Insurance

My rates are according to the length of the session:

I currently take cash, check, and credit cards

I do not take insurance, but can provide a superbill and you may submit to your insurance as an Out of Network Provider. 

CANCELLATION OR MISSED APPOINTMENT?

I require a 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments. Cancellations not within that time frame or missed appointments will be charged as a full session. 

HOW DO I SET UP AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT?

I will ask you for some brief information about your presenting concerns. At that time I will start to assess whether I can adequately meet your needs given my training, expertise, and modality of therapy. If I do not feel that I would be the best clinician for your presenting issues I may refer you to another practitioner in the Flagstaff area.
